Found an interesting knife Tak. F-16 survival with removable handle, please help ID

Hi everyone, thank you in advance for looking and trying to help me ID this one. Its a fixed blade survival type, stainless blade and micarta handles (i think). One side removes for a storage compartment. Is this a Tak Fukuta prototype? Who made this? Thanks again!
