It's been nearly 2 years, since I last saw my Alaskan Guide 110, and I had pretty much given up seeing it again, figuring I lost it somewhere or it had gotten filched by someone.

Was hanging a new calendar over my small cabinet where I store my handguns, and when I dropped a thumbtack behind it, I moved it away from the wall to get it and there was my AG 110!!!!!

:D :D :D

Good news. I always hate it when my furniture steals my knives. I hope that s30v blade didn't get all rusty from two years of negleck! (lol)

Far out! I lost a 422 out in my field 8-10 years ago and I'm still hopeful...We need a lost Buck thread.

My 1970's 110 disappeared for several years. Showed up in the pocket of some heavy wool pants that I hadn't worn lately.

St. Anthony is the Patron Saint of the lost, so when I think I've lost something I say:

Tony, Tony come around, Somethings lost and must be found!!!

Sometimes it takes him a while, but, like your AG, it'll show up.

We could do one of those GPS maps for lost Bucks :p

Now there's an idea, a micro-GPS locator placed in the bolster or handle of each new Buck knife, with a micro-chip ID. Get your crew to work now....:)

Bear Claw Chris Lappe,
It's always nice when what's lost is suddenly found again. :)

Ya just never know..25 years ago I 'lost' a set of keys...3 years later they turned up in a old pair of boots in my closet where my 4 year old son had put them..

What Jack said. I prayed to St. Anthony and here I am.
I got a new email address that Blade would allow and
here I is. Had to add II to my name, though.

Jack, Happy Birthday and sorry I missed it.

Flatlander, I miss your posts.

BCCL - Still have the Rat 1 as a back up. I'm
glad you found your AG. I alternate the AG with
the G10 when we go out for dinner - they get a
lot of comments when i use them on my steaks.

I missed youse guys.

Cheers,

BBBJW

Big Bad John!!!
Welcome back. Lurk more than I post now but still post a lot. I'm glad you back at it the Buck Boys!!

Big John, I'm glad St. Anthony was able to help and good to have you back. Personally, I'm never lost, but frightfully confused at times and sometimes that lasts for months.

And, thanks for all the birthday greetings. I've never had so many greetings before on my day. Pretty cool.

Jack
