Found! My 501!

After searching every reasonable place my 501 I had given up hope. Some months went by. Then on the 4th I was searching for my ear protection for my 8 year old (He likes the fireworks, but not the noise) in my range bag....out slid my 501! So glad to be reunited with this knife. Gave it a sharpen and it is back on my belt. Glad I didn't buy another one in the meantime. I have many found memories with this great knife and now look forward to many more.
 
Glad to hear it. That's how I usually find things I'm missing...by looking for something else.
 
That is awesome. Good for you. I lost my 501 playing neighborhood football many years ago. I replaced it with a similar year from the bay, but it will never be "the one".
