Well it has been almost 5 months since I lost my CUDA on Super Sun. Well guess what, my wife was moving my chair(LAZ-boy) this a.m and out falls the CUDA. Now this knife has been rocked on thousands of times at least by myself and my kids. I am sure it has gone through the recliner cycle hundreds if not thousands of times also. Well the scales are a little beat(should inquire to get new ones)
and one of the liners has a very slight bow to it on the left side. This is also the scale that is the worst for wear too. Anyways the damn thing still works the nuts, was as sharp as the day I lost it, and talk about rugged. Unreal robustness for this knife. I touched up the edge a bit and is now hair poppin. Now just to get some new scales, have the one liner put back to true,
and make sure the liner lock works as it should. This knife is a testament to American quality and pride of craftsmanship.
Phil if you read this could email me so I could send it in to you guys. Oh yea the blade has 0 play in it! You guys/gals gotta realize that this has to be the most popular chair in the house. The amount of abuse this knife went through well I guess you couldn't think up a more abusive test. Oh yea I pulled that chair apart inumerable times looking for it. What a find, I am a happy camper once again. Keep'em sharp.

longbow,
I'm glad you found your knife.
Just when I think our testing is representative of customer (ab)use you invent a new test! Oh well, back to the drawing board. Now I have to figure out how to justify a LAZ-boy in the engineering budget!
Send the poor CUDA back to me & I'll replace damaged parts & give it a change of underwear!
