Found my Delica!

I thought it had disappeared for good. I am not known for keeping knives... I sell or give away frequently and do not have much of a collection, but I have owned two waved Delicas and always come back to them as my knife of choice.

The one I have now shows much wear and has already been back to Sal once for some TLC. I've had it for going on five years now.

Anyway, terribly pleased to have it back. I have a very nice Canal Street Cannittler, but lazy Madcap was spoiled by the wave opener and was tired of slipjoints.

Congrats for finding your lost Spydie. I lost a monogrammed SS Delica a few years ago, and found somebody at one of my client's cutting an extension cord with it like two years later. The poor thing had been rattling around from desk to desk the whole time getting more and more abused. The tip was broken off, the spyderedge was all rolled and worn down, there was ALOT of both side to side and up and down blade play, and the SS scales were so scratched that it was hard to make out the monogram.

I just left it there.
