Found my first fault with a Kershaw

The OD-1

When I got this knife, I loved everything about it...

However, found one little tiny flaw...

the knurled knob on the flipper is secured with a screw, and it worked itself loose on my knife, and is somewhere on the ground in Las Vegas...
:(

However, customer service at Kershaw is top notch, a quick phone call, and a replacement knob and screw are on their way to me!

Must remember to buy a tube of Loctite on the way home...
 
Loctite should prevent that in the future, I agree. Glad to hear they are sending you a new one, that's awesome! :)
 
CS at Kershaw is indeed top notch. Glad you got a replacement on the way :thumbup:
 
Glad you got great service. My complaint with Kershaws is the goofy shaped pocket clips on many of the KO knives.
 
Mine came with locktite. took it off to make do it myself and it was already there :thumbup: born on date is feb. 09 for mine, maybe yours was earlier before they realized it was a problem, whats yours' date?
