Ritter grip M390 with Camp Perry scales. I've been looking for this setup up for awhile and came across a forum member who had it. I jumped on it real quick.
I love the Griptilian line and my 550 is my favorite until now. I see now what all the Ritter hype is about the knife is amazing. It has everything I like in a knife.
*M390 steel my favorite
*flow through scales
*Axis lock
*I love flat grinds
*I enjoy some bling to my knives and I like the blue standoffs
I've had a 940-1 and a 484-1 but this Ritter IMO beats them both although s90v is good stuff.
This is the altimate Griptilian.

5 minutes after opening the box it bit me. Middle finger didn't clear blade path. This sucker is sharp!

That is a great combo!
Congratulations and Ouch!
I have shared your sense of achievement, knife wise that is.

I really like the looks of that knife, beautiful. Why do they call them Camp Perry scales?

Camp Perry is a large pistol & rifle range in Ohio, upon which the CMP-organized National Matches are held. Big multi-day event with competitions and classes for the casual shooter up to the professional. Benchmade produces a limited edition knife commerating the National Match, which is sold at the event.
