I knew that was a younger Bill Ruger and I was just about to say so when I saw this post! I have one of the pistols that he started his company with, a hard used old Standard Model .22 made in 1950 with a 5xxx serial number. They sold for $37.50 for many years I understand. It looks like it's been to hell and back, but that's what he made them for. It's still fine mechanically.
 
That photo looks very senatorial!

I heard Skunk was going to run for the office left vacant by former Idaho Republican Senator Larry Craig. Republican sources say that Mr Skunk in many ways has similarly wide stances as Mr. Craig did, so he’d be a good errrr fit.

no, not really but the older i get the more i look like him. i think i should go to the ruger factory and scare the $hit out of them :D :D
