Found some informative videos on Vista.

The more I use Vista on my work PC ( and Office 07 ) the more I plan on using XP for many years and yearn for the days of Office 2k.

The Vista security is good but there are lots of bells and whistles which at times can be confusing.

I recently gave up on PCs. I had another PC break at work recently (the third one in 6 years) and went to the Apple iMacs instead of another PC. Whew! What a relief. I had wanted to try it two years ago, but I was concerned that most of my computer files contained MS Word documents. Now that there is a MS Office for Macs suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) the transition was nothing.

I do not know that much about computers, but I can say that since I switched I have not had a problem with it all. Solid performance and easy easy easy. I set up the wireless network in about 20 minutes (three computers and a printer). Yeah, they look kind of fruity, but the things work. As soon as I can get the funds I am going to replace the home computer with an Apple product too.

I hear that Vista is just a copy of what Apple was doing ten years ago. Consider the switch.

Funny you should mention that. I remember all the big fanfare when Windows for PC came out in the '90s. At the time I thought, "What's the big deal? Apple did that years ago!"
