Found something in the toolbox !

Today i found this old little boker in my toolbox so i thought lets bring it back to life and maybe give it a little tune up ! Does anyone know any good cheap home remedy to do a acid wash ? Last time i tried with high concentrated vinegar and to my surprise it turned out relatively good for what it was but it could have been better !

Try Ferric Chloride. Can be purchased from Radio Shack. Around $10. or a bit more I think. Here is someone who did it on the forum. You can also search acid wash.

Forgot to mention Im from Germany and the only way for me to get Ferric Chloride is from pharmacy (where it is really expensive) or order it online and I just wanted to start off my little poject today or tomorrow! Anyway will try it again with the vinegar ! But thank's for the help !
