Found something new on way to Becker West Gathering. Some want one now!

Ok now that the nice lead in has you wondering, I was on the way and stopped in a GI surplus shop I had never seen and found a Air Force crew knife sheath that really caught my eye. Well I bought without trying as I have tweeners and also a AF crew knife so I know that something would fit. Well, when I got to the campsite and tried it, I loved I because it stops things from snagging on my side mounted BK-17. Below I have some pictures. I am willing to get as many as I can and if there is a lot of interest to start, I can try to get the price down by getting in bulk. I am thinking that I can ship them to those that want them at around $14 to $18. closer to the 14 if I can get him down on the price a dollar or two each. Anyway, I am heading back Monday or Tuesday to get two more for my boys' 16s and a couple for some that were at the west gathering so I can talk to him about price drop. So let me know if there is any more interest.

Hey if not for a miss communication and somehow wedging a BK9 sideways in my cut, I might have been first not second in the cutting comp. Then a couple of us were 4 for 4 on shooting (Go Army!) and we were shunned due to previous wins. I hope I represented well.

I put you on the list Murph. Also tell Tiberious that he may get some messages about his hornet. There were a few that really liked mine which I was not about to part with.
 
I would take up to ten (10) assuming there are plenty available. That is a firm commitment.

I moved this thread offline. As a Registered User, you are not allowed to act as a dealer for a group buy.

As a Gold member, you need to update your color and title so I don't get misled into doing unnecessary work. So click Settings at the top right, then on the left click Permission Groups.

 
Group buys are fine, but buying selling and trading belongs in the Exchange. We allow manufacturers and hosted Knifemakers to sell within their forums, too. You need to get explicit permission from Ethan or his moderators before doing this.

By the way, that Hornet was pretty cool.
 
Not sure if I broke any rules or not but I have asked for a clarification from the moderator. I am doing this at cost and not trying to sell these and I put it here as I was looking help out other Beckerheads and Beckerhead probies. I will check and see about those that have expressed an interest and will wait to hear from the moderator. Good thing Ethan wanted one too. Maybe that will help plead my case.... LOL
 
Ok I went by the shop and counted all that he had and realized that we may have to put some ground rules on how many you can get. I would like to keep this as a for personal use and not so they can be resold or something like that and with limited quantities I am going to have to limit it to 2 each. If any are left, I will deal with that but I was only able to get 27 of them that are new to barely used. I will put a list of the ones that I can do and will PM them asking for information for shipping and discuss payment. I have to check which USPS box/bag they will fit in and add that to the cost, but with the little I was able to get him to drop the price it looks like $15 shipped each will cover my costs.

Anyway, I will go through the pile and make sure there aren't any that are unserviceable (I know one had a hole in it but I will use that as the second one I was going to get and patch it).

Anyway, I will update the list on the first post tonight with who has requested them.

I am glad everyone liked these and have asked the surplus store owner to see if he can locate any more at this price.
