Found: Swiss Army Knife in Louisville, Ky.

My wife found a Swiss Army knife in the Derby city. :D If the previous owner can give details of the knife or where it was lost I'd like to return it. Otherwise, I'm pretty happy to keep it because it's identical to the first real, good knife I got for Christmas as a kid and subsequently lost sometime during my service in the military.

Believe it or not, my wife has found 3 knives in the last 2 days. One is Chinese garbage though that I can barely even open so it will probably find it's way into the trash.
 
Mine was blue with my name etched onto it. If that's not what you've got there then go ahead and enjoy keeping that lucky find (and thanks for serving, by the way).
 
Hoopster. I think your wife is beating people up and stealing their knives. 3 in 2 days. common you have to realize that she loves knives MORE then you. lol enjoy your find.
 
Admirable of you to try to get it back to its owner. Maybe you should try Craigslist too?
 
i think it is cool you are trying to return it to the owner, but what are the odds that they are on BFC? for such an inexpensive knife i would just keep it.

its also cool your wife found 3 knives in 2 days, hopefully she finds a sebenza next :D :eek:

I figure if they're a BF member it would be cool to get it back to them. If not then I guess they'll miss out. I agree though it's not a real expensive knife so not worth a lot of trouble.

BTW, I am becoming interested in the small Sebenza's. :(

Yeah, I'm totally happy with the sage1 and 2 but a few of my jeans have tighter pockets than the Sages agree with. I did use my Caly3CF in those circumstances but it's gone now.
