I bought this Manix 2 Lightweight at a local Pawn Shop Monday LNIB for $20. Don't appear to have ever been carried or sharpened although it is very sharp and I have 2 cut fingers to prove it. What great deal have you found?

I've bought several Leatherman tools at pawn shops for $20-$30. I found a safe queen 1995 Spyderco Police TuFFram aluminum grip for $80.

I got a Taurus 606 .357 revolver at a pawn shop in my home town for 180 bucks that was practically new.

Out here in the densely populated Phoenix Valley Area, it's a lot harder to find good deals because everything is fairly picked through. It's possible to get lucky but it's totally right time/right place dependent.

Great find! I paid around $100 for that exact same model. Been buying all of my knives new through a dealer or two. I really need to start checking out pawns.

I bought an unused Camillus Becker bk7 for $25 from a local person. I think that was a pretty good buy.

Gerber Bowie.BNIB, fairly low serial, $70 at a local pawn shop in my little town

Great knife. Same model's been in my pocket for a couple months, a rotation of one.

I notice the receipt lists a titanium band. So the paper trail suggests a ring. The picture suggests a knife. Objectively speaking, I had to mention it.

The last good find I got, that I can remember was from A giant online retailer an xl cold steel voyager, $27. Ain't no lw manix $20, but I was pleased :)...

Yea I wondered about that there was a price sticker on the blade that said $24.95 and one on the box that said $74.95 Spyderco Knife. Either way I offered him $20 plus tax and he took it. I put them both on the box so you could see them. It is likely he made a mistake but I still got it for $20 and he took the deal. I don't feel bad if he did make a mistake because those guy's make a living taking advantage of people in dire straits giving them very little for there stuff hoping they will not be able to redeem their merchandise so they can sell it for 3, 4 or 5 times what they have in it.

You did very well. In the words of a different poster... "Saaaaaawwwwwwwwwweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeettttt".... :)

Here's my best deal so far.

It's a full size Griptilian with a satin partially serrated blade. The clip was scratched up some but the rest was in perfect shape. The blade looked to be unsharpened.

It was $9.99 "Buy it Now"

Since the seller was new I wonder if they ment to start the bidding at $9.99 or that they just didn't know that they had.
