The case was meant to display golf balls but works pretty well for pocket knives.
The wife even likes the way it looks in our 100 year old house.

Nice Score. :)
I may be mistaken, but in my (biased?) opinion, pocketknives make a much more interesting display than a bunch of small white dimpled balls. :D

so very true lol. My wife just bought me a jewelry box (stand up antique one) to use. You don’t see them but she likes the furniture. Currently working on relining it.

Is this a jigged bone (forget the color but kind of amber) 48 improved trapper?

Here's a better photo of the knife.

Looks like an improved trapper to me. Covers look a lot more like cocobolo or possibly teak to my six (with bifocals) defective (hence the need for bifocals) vintage antique eyes. :D

Nice knife, horseshoe (or is it a mule shoe?), and mug there, by the way. :)

Great score! Looks like it was made by the same company that I bought mine from at $100 each! And they are smaller than yours. I believe the company is Fine wood display cabinets.

Very nice. I'll give you 20 for it LOL. Hey mods, It's a joke, I am not trying to make a deal in the wrong forum.

Congrats on the new display case; the knives look great in there, and I think it looks fantastic in that corner where you've installed it!:cool::cool::thumbsup:
