I got one just like that the other week Bob. It's surprisingly heavy and sturdy. You will like it!

Oh! OH! OH!!! Bawanna we need to help this guy! Between your bag of excuses and my bag of excuses we might be able to justify his wife letting him have another blade soon:D
My first Done Deal! Now I have to face my Wife!
Very nice Bilton BTW! Grats Sleeper on the KLVUK!

My wife surpisingly took it pretty well. Actually, suspiciously well. My spidey-sense is tingling like she's recently purchased something pricey. Uh-oh.

I got the previous one of these offered as a DOTD a couple weeks ago. I thought it was neat but figured it was going to be sort of a novelty item due to it's size. Upon receiving it I was really surprised how much "heft" it had for a knife that size....the example I got is full tang and the blade is about 1/4" thick at the spine for nearly the entire length. The grip is a bit too short for me to really use in a utilitarian capacity (Though I can hold it in a "stabbing" dagger grip effectively) but I am very impressed with how robust the thing is.
