Turns out that without knowing it I now have a bunch of Italian knives. Here are a few photos I took yesterday of my Fantoni blades.

Yep... sickness is the word.

While the HB02 is a bit easier to pocket there is something about the HB01 and the way it feels in the hand. Its a kind of level of production and almost perfect tolerances which makes it feel soooo rock solid (kind of like you could chop a tree down with it... if you needed to, that is).
