They're all great, but my favorite is the third down from the top. I like the handle, and blade shape, (the others just don't look right to me for some reason) and I really like the pattern of the blade steel.
If you don't mind me asking, what does a knife like that third one cost the consumer? What is the cost of materials to build a knife like that? How many do you make and sell in an average year?
Thank you for patiently answering my questions. Knife making is a hobby I'd like to get into someday, and may take a little further. (I think you understand what I mean.

The last one is my favourite. It's the handle that I like best. I like the shape better, and ivory is more to my preference.
The cutout at the bolster doesn't seem quite right. That might be something you could look at.
