Four inch draw knife possibly a Pexto as marked on handles

Hello I recently picked up a little rusted drawknife with faded green painted knob handles from a pickers style antique mall for $5. I cleaned a lot of the rust off and haven’t seen a makers mark on the actual blade but did find a Pexto stamp on each knob. Would it be a safe bet to consider it a Pexto? Were there any Pexto’s made with just the knobs marked? Any insight is well appreciated.
