I wanted to share this with you guys. Photos are poor but I think you will get the basics. Ed and Joe went all out on this one. The small knife is a liner lock. Champagne diamond in the thumstud. The haft has the same inlaid detail as the lid of the maple wood case. And then there is the stag Pronghorn. All pieces are forged 52100.

The engraving and deep relief of the mountains and eagles is the general theme of the set. It appears on every piece in one form or another.

Well, you gotta know I am going to love this set. Exceptional! Fantastic quality throughout. Every piece is to die for.

Great looking set!!! One for any occasion (If someone were actually going to use them). Are you the proud owner?

 Every set I see from those two are awesome and that one is extra awesome. Thanks for posting the pics!

It is the same knife/hatchet set that you have been seeing. We decided to add the folder and create the case to house them. There is no other like it. I'll try and get some better pics for you guys. I am truly a very happy man.

Ohhhhh so that's your set?
Congratz Greg!

I first saw the Ax and stag Pronghorn on Ed's table at Blade 2001. JoeS had the folder at NYCKS, and it had to be my favorite knife there, and that's saying something.

You are indeed a lucky man.

What a fantastic set,the best by far that I have ever seen. You have something to be very proud of mck.

Greg, you're killin' me with this stuff. VERY esteemed makers showing us why they are such! :D You need to be proud, and I thank you for sharing this motherload of quality!

Wow.....

It would be great to own even one of them, let alone all three, and the case to boot. That set is truly a marvel.

Thanks for all of the photos

I guess it would be good to show the tang stamp too. There are so many details throughout the set that it is all but impossible to take pics of them all.
