Fowler damascus knife identification?

Just wondering if anyone can help me identify this blade. I picked it up recently knowing of Bob Hergert's work. It's stamped Fowler but does not appear to resemble Ed Fowler's maker mark. It's equipped with Bob Hergert signed Scrimshaw scales (I blurred some parts of one of the handles just to prevent anyone from getting offended). If anyone has an idea, please let me know. Thanks!

Yeah certainly doesn't appear to be. That's what I was told but from what I could find, Ricky Fowler had did more of an acid treatment on his blades.

I represent the least reliable opinion, but I agree with Hoss. Doesn't really look like Damascus to me. It looks more like an attempted clean up with a fine wire wheel.
