Fox Bellum Daga and Mil-Tac differences?

Hello I have a Mil tac model dagger that looks exactly like the Fox Bellum
Daga dagger. They even have the same markings and the same logo and blade and sheath materials and both made in Italy yet one sells for about $200 more in my country. The only difference I can see is a serial number on the Fox version. Are people paying the extra money because it’s a more known brand?

From another website:

"As well as the MIL-TAC logo, as we look at the blade, you might notice it has ‘FOX Knives – Italy’ marked with the steel specification. This is not a mistake, or a re-branding, but is due to the knives being manufactured for MIL-TAC by FOX to MIL-TAC’s design and specifications. This is not a FOX knife design, but is just made by FOX for MIL-TAC".

How much of that is true I have no idea. The guy who made that review for that particular knife spoke directly with the MIL TAC owner.
