FOX Knives Chnops off center when deployed

I just got a FOX Knives Chnops as a treat for myself. Lovely little knife, but when it's deployed the blade leans towards the pocket clip side, and it's quite noticeable. It's centered when it's closed though, and there is no issue with the functioning of the knife, but it's bugging the hell out of me. Loosening or tightening the pivot screw makes zero difference. In fact the action isn't in any way affected no matter how tight or loose it is, and the blade is still to one side when deployed. This is puzzling me. Any suggestions? All i can find on YouTube are videos about blades being off center when closed, not when deployed. I feel like a total dumb ass.
