While watching Nutnfancy the other day, he said something about Fox Knives out of Italy. Being intrigued, I looked them up and behold I found the USA Forza Lock Back 3.5. I am a huge fan of the Spyderco Delica 4 and Endura 4, but I want something in between that is not the Stretch (I think it's ugly, knowing that its not all about aesthetics; and Spyderco does form over function), so I found this. Does anybody have any experience with this blade?

It appears to take some notes from Spyderco with the FRN, Lock Back design, VG-10, and Leaf blade shape. I am not looking for those of you to tell me that I am wrong to discount the Stretch, but rather if you have any input about this blade? It is more expensive than the D/E/St. But I am still interested none-the-less.

Yea man........ The BK16 is the one you want.

Or try the BK11. Great little knife.

I would recommend getting both tho.

And really......... You can't not have a 9. So get one of those as well.

This is the Becker Knife and Tool Sub forum so All I can really recommend is Beckers.

Welcome man.

I reported your post so it will be moved to a place where you are more likely to find an answer besides Beckers.:D

Welcome to Blade forums.

Thanks guys! First post screw ups... But on another note, how does the Ka-Bar Becker line hold up against the ESEE lineup? My budget is somewhat limited and I am looking for a simple fixed blade to do light tasks, maybe light batoning. I was looking at the BK14 for the little bit of extra reach in comparison to the Izula & Izula 2. It so happens to be a little cheaper, perhaps the poor quality sheath makes up for it, but what are your thoughts? It is hard to get quality that is super cheap...

Man I love all my ESEE knives. Have the Izula and Izula II as well as most of the rest of the knives in the line but I still Prefer my Becker's most of the time.

The Ka-bar quality is great. You can replace the stock sheath and add some micarta or aftermarket grips and you have a really awesome knife that feels great in the hand that is suited to your personal tastes. Very customizable.

I like the 11 over the 14 but both are excellent knives (same blade shape just different handle) and I have never had any problems with either one. The stock sheath isn't the greatest but it will last you a while till you can upgrade or make your own. Some people never change sheaths. And even most of the people I know that carry Izulas eventually get a custom sheath.

So in reality you can't go wrong with either brand but if you are on a budget and want a great knife at a great price that will last you a lifetime, go with the Becker.

Hope that helps. You may want to go post that question about the BK14 back it the Becker forum and you will hopefully get lots of feedback.

Having both ESEE and Becker knives I can safely say the ESEE have better over all build quality than the Beckers do. There is nothing wrong with the Becker knives but it depends on the model for me. As an example I will take a BK16 over an ESEE 4 but will very easily take an Izula 2 over the BK14, 11, or 24. I do find that my ESEE knives hold there edge a bit longer as well.
