Anybody catch the O'Reilley Factor on Fox tonight?

Showed scenes where Karbala residents in Iraq were performing some kind of blood letting ritual. One guy appeared to be fighting like hell to stop being cut. Another guy was waving a SCRAMSAX/SEAX style knife around trying to do the bloodletting.

I saw pictures of them tearing apart their own backs with alternating whacks over one and then the other shoulder with what seemed cat-of-nine tails with the addition of 1" or 3/4" spiked ball flails to the tips. I wouldn't know whether to call it fervency or hysteria of to call them true believers. Spooky!
