Hi All,

It's been a while since I could work up a new knife review but here it is :

Helpful review. It's a very sexy knife so I popped into your site to read more about it. Too bad good looks don't equate to solid ergonomics.

Fox knives are expensive so I'll only bite if the entire package works.

I agree. The knife is more a looker than a worker. I think that the Fox Kukri is probably a more solid choice for this type of blade. The handle on that knife looks quite a bit more functional and I'd personally prefer the extra length and blade geometry for hacking away at brush.... It's also less expensive. Thanks for reading the review and watching the video!
 
Hi there. I'm AD, the designer of Fox Parang Bushcraft. My congratulations for the footage, awesome job!
Now, any notes about the handle: I designed the Parang Bushcraft as per a "general purpose knife - able also to chop down a 5" woods whit a little effort". So, the handle is great for the 99% of the tasks (cutting, carving, skinning etc.), but for pure chopping I suggest a simple lanyard as follows

or if you want a D-guard

both are on my Parangs, and you forget your problems, also for chopping.
So, I need to disagree whit you in one point: the FKMD Parang Bushcraft it's all bussiness :-)
