Frame Lock Gets stuck on Crusader Forge

I love my Custom Crusader Forge and the CF company. However anytime I flip open the blade using the thumb stud it's nearly impossible to push the frame bar and close the blade. I have to use an object to bang the frame lock from its stuck position to close the blade. If I merely grab the blade and open it Using both hands it doesn't get stuck and will close easily. Anyone had this type of:confused: issue ever?

Thanks

First I would wash it out with hot soapy water to make sure there's no oil causing the problem. Then take a sharpie and mark the area where the lock hits the blade tang. See if that helps

I've had the same thing happen from a John Greco framelock to a Kershaw Storm II to an Emerson Commander. Liner and framelocks sometimes need lubricating and breaking in.

Tension on the locking bar potentially. Could just need a break in period. But usually CF folders unlock nicely. Surprising they would let it leave the shop in that condition.
