Here are some photos I got today! :cool:


Milling the lock recess! I am using a different end mill and these are coming out super clean!






I'm heating and bending the lock to set it. '






All 6 locks are bent!

 
The big deal... lock face grinding! I set this 1-2-3 block up for consistency and a bit better finish.





After many trips to the grinder this one is rock solid! :D





One lock down! :)

I do not regret investing in a pair of 1-2-3's. They are so useful!

I just watched Robocop and couldn't help myself ...

Those are some good looking framelocks in the making.

They aren't to expensive. Try Enco, they will most likely be from China, but they'll work.
