I found this in the pictures. Can you tell me more about this knife? How much would you charge to make one plain jane? I really like the looks of it.

You have good taste. Anything 'Plain Jane' would be a disappointment. Frank passed away about five years ago, and his work is completely original and unmistakable. This is an auto.

Funny, that knife and MANY others from Frank Potter I shot for a dealer in Cave Creek, AZ. He probably lives ten mins from you. You should talk to him.

That's really a good looking and interesting folder. And a super good use of a small probably left over piece of ivory.

Coop, do you remember the aprox. dimensions of this folder?

I love that knife. Real cool style Frank had. Nice materials and quality too. Good feeling in the hand from what I remember.

Tom Lansing, the dealer Coop was reffering to, was the main dealer for Potter knives. He still has a nice collection left. I was really interested in obtaining one of Frank's knives but had to leave that path, due to the fact that autos are really illegal over here. But otherwise I for sure had bought one or two. In my communications with Tom he sent me some pics of other Potter knives. I thought I would share those with you'll. Enjoy.
