A second triangle box was delivered this morning and that nasty of nasty words, A-N-T-I-S-I-P-A-T-I-O-N was ripping me a new fanny perpendicular. I couldn't chew that box open fast enough. Frank made a sheath to suit up my little workaholic and it is fabulous!! I'm certain he outdid himself as it is as heavy-duty as they come, looks handsome on top of that. It really didn't need a snap or tab to retain the blade when not in use as the fit is simply superb. This fatboy could not have asked for a better sheath than this and it didn't cost a first born male child, either! Thanks, Frank. Your craftsmanship is awesome!

Have you detonated anything under it yet? No worries! It can take it. Thats simple and beautiful Book! Love his danglers. Great job as usual Pugs!

Good thing I looked at the pictures, I was gonna say who the heck if Frank? But now I know. I just never call him by his real name which of course is Steve. Full name Stevie Steve Stevenson if I'm not mistaken.

He done a beautiful job as usual. Very very nice indeed.

I assume at some point your much adored and highly coveted Curved Spine will get a trip east for something vera vera special?

Somebody here was gonna ask you to sell it to them, guess they chickened out. I was looking forward to the fireworks and unprintable language myself.

Great work pugs :) you really know what you're doing aye? Haha beautiful work as always

On a completely unrelated note, how do you feel about selling your Thamar carved spine Bookie?

Gorgeous. I have never been a fan of sheaths with unnecessary embellishments, and the purely utilitarian style sheaths in nice dark rich brown leather are simply excellent. I hope it lasts you a lifetime and then some. :)

Great work as always Pugs!

Nice looking sheath, I will have to look at some his other work. Looks like he took his time putting that together.

To whom it may concern: Greetings! Bookie's Curved Spine khukuri is the ONLY curved spine kuk in the world worth looking at, let alone lusting after. The only one with real personality. It simply caresses your hand--you do not hold it. It's like Yoda. It does all the maneuvering and chopping while you stand around sipping a cold Toohey's Blue or a nice Guinness. The Force is not with it. It IS the Force! All other curved spines are wannbes, imatations, or fakes. You spell curved spine like this: B-I-T-C-H-I-N'. On the 8th day God made Bookie's Curved Spine. Since now the preliminaries are out of the way, whose feet do I encase in cement first?

I'll take that as a firm maybe. I'll look for a bridge. Cemented feet ain't no good without a bridge.

Mine must be made on the 9th day. Nobody could make two works of art like that in a single day.

230 AM, back to the sick bay for me.

Thank you Bookie and everyone for the comments, they are much appreciated. Bookie wanted a basic no frills sheath that was purely utilitarian, and I think it fits the bill for him. Bawanna I hope you feel better, and thanks for clarifying my real name which is Steve......

Get to feeling better, Bawanna. No fun raggin' on someone if they can't fight back!

Good looking setup there Bookie, That is a perfect complement to that khuk. Can you carry that around with you or is your state one of those knives are weapons we must keep from scaring people with as opposed to knives are useful tools?

Your work is looking great Pugs. And I love the simple elegant functionality of it, in my mind it is an exact fit for this particular khuk and owner combo. Just like the sheath you made me is perfect for me and my blade. .

Blades&Bullets, definately! He does GREAT work.

Get to feeling better, Bawanna. No fun raggin' on someone if they can't fight back!

Please keep on raggin, I missed you horribly. I can take it, I'm down and I'm weak but I can still fight. Not in any physical thump on each other kind of way ya understand. I don't beat on pieces of history.

That's a good looking sheath. Thanks for sharing! :)
