Travis the destroyer of warranties!

I'm guessing they are much easier to sharpen now, with the thinner edges?

much easier. You can reprofile a completely flattened away edge in a few minutes

Dunk it in water a lot, it never gets got enough to be too hot to touch

How does the CTS-BD1 handle an edge that thin? it's certainly no M390.
