Fred Perrin likes us Usual Suspects. Today, Larry at BladeArt received a package from Fred containing 7 more of the Usual Suspect G10 Griffe Frequent Flyers because Fred wanted to make sure that none of the Suspects were left out or overlooked during the last deal.
So if any of you would like one of these sweet little pieces, contact Larry or Vince via e-mail here:
Larry@bladeart.com
Vince@bladeart.com

The 7 remaining STERILE G10 Griffes are the same price as before; $55 each + $4.50 shipping. Just tell Larry or Vince that you're a Suspect and they'll take care of the rest.
For more info, here's a link to my original thread concerning the G10's:

And here's a pic of one of the G10's, with my Emerson La Griffe at the top, and my Fred Perrin Custom Bowie in the center:

Fred made these G10's especially for us Suspects, so let's try to keep them in the family, guys. Mine is always with me.

A friend who i showed my EKI La Griffe to asked if she could keep it so i gave it to her. Just as i started to miss it i read your post. Called today and ordered one. They said it would be shipped today, can't wait to get it. Thanks for the post.

You betcha, Jonas. Fred's designs, especially the Griffes, just blow me away. You'd be hard pressed to find any fighting knife that feels more natural in the hand than a Griffe. Very cool tools indeed.

Suspects as a whole seem entirely aware of this fact.
If you've never been to Fred's site (designed by his friend and Forumite "Nemo") you owe it to yourself to check it out. The site loads terribly slow, but once loaded you will be in for quite a treat. Let's just say that Fred has a very unique and entertaining personality. His knife reviews are not only highly clever and insightful, but also VERY funny. Check it out; http://www.geocities.com/Hollywood/Set/2292/main.htm

Hey Eric!
Total agreement on the natural feeling of the griffe, my modern arnis teacher regulary invites one of Mr. Perrin's friends to have seminars and it was him that first demonstrated the griffe, definitely more potential then it's size suggests. (the knife!)
He also told me about Mr. Perrins (fanatical) devotion to knives

I've seen the site, like it, very...very...unusual!

Only thing that i didn't like with the Emerson design is the flat handle, which i solved by "Strider wrapping" it, i'd love if EKI would be selling a griffe with g-10 or micarta handle, neat!
