Fred Sanford needs help..... please

Hey all,

My account "Fred Sanford" used to be a Gold User and I let my membership expire and I had two factor auth turned on. I cannot get back into my Fred Sanford account.

Any chance I could get help and keep that account?

Do you have access to the email account associated with Fred Sanford member account?
System says that account was last used Oct 6,2024. It is not banned.

I do. Yeah, I know it's not banned. I know the password for my original account and have access to the email. However, I had 2FA turned on (I work in IT) and now I don't have access to the 2FA Option in my Authentication app. This is my fault completely. I Just wondered if someone could turn 2FA off on my account so I can do a "forgot password" thing. Even if I do that, I can reset my password but not login because 2FA is on. Sorry for the trouble.

MAYBE Spark can do it. I don't know. I do know that the staff cannot.

As far as I can tell, I can reset my password but I cannot remove the 2FA/MFA requirement.

Brother, I appreciate all your help. If we have to lose my old account, I can deal with that. It's my dumbass fault. Thank you Spark Spark for your help. I know this is a PITA and you don't have to do it.

Edited to say: I did receive the forgot password (set a new password) email.
 
Yo, at this point, should I just give up and use a new account? I would hate to lose all of my seller/buyer ratings.

I know you're busy Spark Spark so you let me know what you want to do. I am in no rush and I know this is my fault.

I've sent an email to your outlook. I haven't received a reply to show that you actually control it. Shoot me an email from your profile email and show me you have control over it.
 
My Fred Sanford account has been a Gold account for around 6 years + and is 19 years old.

Been ready to buy Gold again for 2 months. Should I just say fuck it and buy Gold for this account instead?

For the record, I've had the same account at the Spyderco Forum for the same amount of time.
