Fred Schultz hatchet?

I picked up this little hatchet for $10 today. It looks like the name is engraved. It's nicely done. Has anyone seen this name before? Or is this a one off from a guy who had some engraving skills? Either way it was worth $10 to me. That eye is full of junk. There's a fence staple under the nails.
