Here's the deal: I received a box from an anonymous mail drop. Inside the box was a used desert tan RC-3 with Foliage Green sheath and a letter. The letter stated that the knife was purchased and used for a few weeks but the user has determined that the knife is to small for him (her?) and asked us to donate this knife to a LEO or Soldier who may not be able to afford one. Letter was signed "A Fellow Patriot" and had no return address.

So, Tony and Shotty can give this knife away as they see fit and email me where to ship it. I would just ask that whoever receives it verify they are military or LE to Tony or Shotty.

I have a friend that would love it!
I just need a little time to catch up to him.
He recently completed his third tour in Iraq, This would make a great "Thank You"!

Very nice gesture from whoever sent it!

If the person responsible is here, thanks for supporting our military & police!:thumbup:

I have a buddy in Afghanistan right now.

Wonder if an RC 3 would stand up to a Marine? :)

Very admirable! I hope that another patriot receives the knife since it has already been in the hands of two patriots (original owner and Jeff).

I thought it was a nice gesture, especially since it was done anonymously. Whatever Tony and Shotty work out on this deal is good with us.

Wow, thats really cool of who ever to do this. Hope you guys find a good home for the knife quickly. :)
