Last two knives I'll be making for Blade. Now I need to change gears and make some sheaths. The bowie has a forged 11 1/2" 1084 blade, all wrought iron fittings and a African blackwood handle. The other knife has a forged 11 1/4" 5160 blade, wrought iron fittings and a dyed curly bubinga handle. Not sure what to call this knife.

That bowie is GORGEOUS! It has such an elegant, sweeping flow to it. I don't know what to call the other knife either but I like it a lot too! Perhaps this is revealing a bit of my ignorance but it seems to have a bolo feel to it. Maybe it's a bowie/bolo?

Somehow I've missed your work up to this point. Now I'm going to have to go back and find some more pictures of your knives!
