I've got a couple shell disks (mother-of-pearl possibly?) from a trashed pair of earrings that I will send to anyone that wants them or has a use for them.

Each of them is about 1.5" diameter with a 3/8" hole drilled near one edge. They are not flat. Each one mic's 0.2" curvature across an axis passing through the hole's centerline and the center of the disk.

There is some glue residue on them that I tried to show in the linked pics. One is pretty much devoid of glue. The other has specks of glue scattered across a 1/2" wide area. I don't know what kind of glue it is or how difficult it would be to get off.

Links to 1024x768 picturess of the disks (about 100kb each). MOP3.jpg and MOP4.jpg have a ruler in the pic to give a sense of scale.

The first "I'll take 'em" email to glmalinski@hotmail.com will get them.

I'm no MOP expert, but with that opalescent look to them, I'd guess they're black lip MOP. Could be wrong though.

These are spoken for, pending return of recipient's mailing addy. Many thanks to all who emailed on these. I'll keep the emails handy in case the first emailer can't take them.

Thx again.
