Free spinning pivot on ZT 0470

I read the 0470 is supposed to be a captive pivot, but mine is free spinning. I applied heat to the screw to loosen it but no luck.

Any ideas on how to unfasten the pivot without marring the female side?
 
It's supposed to be held captive by the CF show scale. Seems like yours may have been wallowed out at the factory. However I have encountered this on my Bareknuckle.

What I did was put sideways pressure on the blade to stop the pivot spinning so I could get it loose. It may or may not work, and if it doesn't I would send it to zt.

You're very welcome. My Bareknuckle is completely free spinning now, guess I'll have to send it in and have them replace that scale. Love the knife, which is why I got the 20cv model as well.

Also have 2 470s...love that knife.
