Since the generosity of the members of this forum seems to know no bounds, I had to do my part to "spread the love". (I also need to make some room in my display
) Up for grabs is a Schrade 896K with butter and molasses swirl scales. This knife is a factory second. There is a slight wobble on the clip and as seen in the photos the handle scale is cracked where the bolster was not ground properly. Still, this is a great place-holder or exceptional user. Here are the rules:
1. You must have at least 60 posts in either the traditionals forum, the Schrade collectors forum, or a combination of the two.
2. Your post number is your entry. If you post more than once, your first post will be the one that counts.
I'll run this one until 7:00 Central, Saturday 8-21. That's when the Texans play their next preseason game. Someone needs to win that day so even if they don't maybe you will! Winner will be chosen by pulling their number from a hat by the master of ceremonies, my daughter Jenna, pictured below.
Here's the bad part, I'll only ship to continental U.S. Sorry in advance to our overseas friends. I don't know all of the knife laws regarding overseas mailing of knives. And now, without further adieu. . .
There it is boys! Time's a tickin' so good luck!
