On the fourth I always reflect on what I have to be thankful for.....

We took a trip to the zoo the other day and I was lucky enough to get a couple of shots at what, for me, is one of the most powerful images of freedom.
They were putting on a Birds of Prey flight demonstration and I found myself trying to track and focus on this Bald Eagle as tears streamed dowm my cheeks.
Maybe it is because my family has suffered the loss of a son and a brother to keep this country free or maybe I am just an over emotional crazy American.
Whatever the case may be I know one thing for sure. As I watched that Eagle in flight I was overwhelmed with pride for this country and all who have sacrificed to keep it free.

This is very true. Join the military see the world ... as it really is.:o

Everyone of us should remember this every single day we're above ground. We are very, very lucky.
