Freeman Outdoor Gear

Anyone else here have a Freeman Outdoor Gear field knife. I did a search and only see a few posts on his blf but nothing on his fixed blades.

So I got one the 5" CPM3V field knife and i am blown away by its fit finish and comfort! I genuinely love this fixed blade and I can't wait to get it in the field or put in the woods to run it thru its paces.

The only Freeman knife I am really aware of is that one folding knife with the ridged/stepped blade grind. Pretty nice. Also, I must say that that is a great price for an American made knife in 3v. I'd be interested in how it does for you.

The knife does look very interesting. The 5" fixed blade is my favourite length, and it only weights 8oz (according to website). Which handle material did you go with, and how is the traction on the handle? Keep us updated on the performance of this knife!

I met the owner at a knife/gun show when he was just starting out, great guy, liked his designs, I do wish the grind was a little higher and no choil and I'd be ordering one today.

That knife is a beauty. It's on my short list. Just waiting for the funds to open up and it will be mine.
