There are any number of ways to post pictures on a hosting site and then share the images. I use www.tinypic.com a lot but there are a lot of hosting sites with more elaborate settings and capabilities.
Keep in mind that those brass hilted sabres evolved from the mid 1700s right up to the 20th century and many countriws manufactured and used them. I don't know if you have gone ahead and posted to Sword Forum International but you can attach pictures directly there. As well, more eyes that know what they are looking at. I know little about the briquets.

Thanks for that. I have put the same on swords. That wouldn't load the pics either. managed to get them up by replying to my own post. so it looks like i've had four replies :-/ I haven't..it's me. Perhaps that's why I haven't got any 'real' replies :-( will try your suggestion. never heard of though
