It's made by Baladeo (link may not be allowed, but Google is your friend), a retailer of open air recreational products. The knife looks like a fun, usable item : the great selling point is (of course) the minimal weight. However, this also means this knife may well be restricted to making sandwiches. Steel is 420 (not further identified) but, to me, the skeletized handle which is supposed to provide a framelock looks very unreliable. At around 40 $ it may be fun to try it, but, at this price point, an Opinel or a Svord Peasant will give more use with better safety. Just me...
