Inspired by the great job of our friend Waynorth I've asked to my friend Stéphane Thomachot to show me his interpretation of this famous traditional knife.
One is made with his blade and the second one with a Davide Steri's blade .

Very nice indeed. I particularly like the micarta. Love the butterscotch color and darker parts was a nice touch too
 
Both very nice knives. Although I like the one with micarta covers, I think I'd go for the second one if I had a chance at one.
