Thought I would venture into folders by starting with a simple friction folder.
Spent Saturday with Mike Vagnino MS and left with this Higo style, and a ton of more knowledge

also my first hollow grind,
all of a sudden, I see endless possibilities :-)

Fantastic! Looks like it would make a perfect 'box cutter'; a well needed item in our world! ;)

Nice hollow grind, too. Sweet. Congrats!

slick execution! Endless possibilities :)

Very clean and elegant. Does the stop pin also then work for closing the blade on an unsharpened part?

A friction folder I just finished up
Still trying to learn how to size up stag properly

3" of 1095 steel with gray parkerized finish. heat treat to 62 rc.
Purpleheart, leather and stag. Stainless steel liners.
Sharpened on 1000k japanese waterstone

This one I spent way too much time on. But still fun.

Well These are pretty awesome and definitely sellable!
I like your modernized take on this old design type.

Great work...I love hollow grinds. I do them almost exclusively. I need to start to do more flat grinds though. I admire your work.
