Hi guys

thought I would share with you this recently completed friction folder and my first leather pouch sheath. I'm pretty happy with them. I like being able to now offer pouch style leather sheaths for my larger friction folders and fixed blades.

Blade on this one is a little over 3" made of 3/16" stock 1095 with a visible hamon. Dark green G10 handle scales and a g10 backspacer.

This fricky is actually modeled off the locking folders I'm working on called the Charles. I liked this pattern and wanted to try it in a friction folder.

The pouch sheath is dyed dark brown and hand stitched. It's pretty rough, but overall I am pleased with my first finished sheath.

Thanks for looking!

I know that there is a niche market for friction folders but once folks come to understand the pure simplicity of this design, I believe that we are going to see an increase in friction folders on the market.
