well this is my first attempt at a friction folder. it is not perfect but i am pretty happy with how it came out, and i am ready to do another.
i made this for my dad as a thank you for the playground he built for my daughter.
the blade is bandsaw steel, from my dad's portable sawmill.
the handle is curly maple, scraps from his mandolin making.
pins are nickle silver with a drill rod pivot, all peined to fasten.
the box is a recycled inner-mic box that i refinished and inlaid the T into.
