As a loyal Kershaw customer I like you Thomas to have close attention to Diamond Blade Friction Forged Technology.

To my opinion this is really break throw made by American in knife business. You may check my tests here:

I did not tested yet ZDP-189 and CPM 10V against it, but I guess it worse for you to have a look.

I think it will be great addition to your collection of innovative technology. It also may pllay very well with your new composite blade technology.

i mentioned that friction forging looked like a promising technology to watch to Thomas and Craig back when the brouhaha broke out over the original FFD2 thread. They both seemed aware of it.

Hopefully your excellent real world experiences with a production FFD2 blade will peak their interest.

I noticed Sal showing some serious signs of interest in your DiamondBlade Summit thread.
