I have made this sheath from 3,5mil vegetable tanned leather, stiched by hand and dyed black. I chose to leave the clip inside the sheath.

Very nice. Do you use some type of form for the clip, or do you wet mold using the actual clip? Looks great. The ones I've made, the customers asked that the clip not be installed so I have no experience molding clips.
 
Most people don´t want the clip inside of the sheath but I for myself did like that. I have wrapped the complete knife in kitchen foil and wetformed and molded around it. It´s basicly not much more work. It fits like a glove and has a nice click.
