Friday the 13th was good to me... with a little help from AG Russell. I had ordered a Spyderco Sage from AG Russell on Tuesday morning. It was waiting for me when I got home today. Usually when I buy stuff on line it takes about a week and a half to get delivered. Didn't expect it so soon.

I haven't had time to play with it much, but I did sharpen it.

AG, thanks for making my friday the 13th a good one!

I got my Cabela's Alaska Guide Stag Buck 110 back from Jack's with a nice custom sheath he did for me. The colour of the leather matches my Ross belt and he didn't know that. It's just a beautiful job.

Friday was good to me as well. A maker that I have been following for quite some time accepted my request to make me an EDC, and I put a Dozier folder on layaway. The Dozier is one of my grail knives. :)

I don't have anything from him but, that's going to be a kick a__ knife. We will NEED pics. (I know it will take some time to get):thumbup:
 
Mine wasn't so lucky. I travelled 3 hours to replace some wind damaged shingles on my Dad's roof, but there was two inches of snow on the roof when I woke up.

I decided to do some other maintenance he needed done, some of which involved using my truck. When I finished I reached into my pocket to deposit my keys...that's when I discovered my tip up folder had partially opened. I drove the (very) sharp tip into the top of my middle finger until the bone stopped it. It was a bloody mess!

I've had better days.

I'll take some pictures when the knife is all paid off and comes in. I am really excited about it. :D
 
Friday was my Birthday and my mailbox had a new Ray Laconico knife in it!
Perfect timing.
