friedrich herder abr. sohn pruner

While perusing the world wide web looking for harder to find sodbusters I came across this little knife by the friedrich herder abr. sohn company. Thought it was a nice little piece so I picked it up for a fairly decent price. It does show it's age but I think it has lots of character. It's wooden handles don't match, maybe it had been repaired at some point but it doesn't really bother me much. The spring is pretty tight and it can be a bear to open so I'm leaving it half open in hopes that it will weaken up a little bit. Hopefully I can get this little knife to loosen up and incorporate her into the rotation. Here are some pics,

I like that one a lot! Nice stout sping, beefy hande, thin grind...hope you get it to where you like it...it looks like its begging to be used :) :thumbup:
